Shipping
We ship within the U.S. and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. U.S. orders over $120 ship free.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA):
Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, or Priority Mail): 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (FedEx Express or USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days
International Shipping (varies per country):
First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)
Any customs, duties, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your piece is packaged with care using minimal, eco-friendly materials—recyclable cardboard, paper-based protection, and as little plastic as possible. Everything arrives safe and ready to use, without excess waste. Simple, sustainable packaging that lets the woodwork speak for itself.
We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.
International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way. If you have any questions about your order, email info@tildewoodworking.com.
Orders
Yes! Gift cards are available in multiple denominations and can be purchased directly through our store. They're delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout. Perfect for when you want to give quality craftsmanship but aren't sure which piece to choose.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to make the change before your order ships. Once it's in transit, we won't be able to reroute it, but we can help you work with the carrier if needed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email that shows real-time delivery updates. Don't see it? Check your spam or junk folder. If your order is still being prepared or you need a status update, reach out and we'll let you know where things stand.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, I can usually adjust it. Just message me right away.
Sometimes carriers take a day or two to scan packages. If it doesn’t update for several days, reach out and I’ll look into it.
Returns & Problems
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Tilde Woodworking purchase. Items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Any items not in the original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges.)

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Large or unwanted items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.
